Text Message Alerts

Q: Can I get text message alerts about my bids?

A: Yes. The QHRAI Stallion Service Auction, operated by Exceleration Designs, Inc. (dba Big Sky Internet Design), offers an optional text-alert program to bidders who opt in: registration confirmations, bid confirmations, outbid alerts, and win/purchase notifications.

Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in (checking the consent box and, where applicable, replying YES to our confirmation text) you agree to receive recurring automated texts at that number. Consent is not a condition of registering, bidding, or purchasing. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out and help. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help, or contact Teresa Myers at [email protected] or (260) 726-5090. Messages are sent from a single number shared across the auctions we operate; replying STOP ends alerts from all of them. To end alerts for this auction only, use the Turn Off All Text Alerts option on your Text Alerts page.

Availability. The program may not work on all carriers, and we may modify or discontinue it at any time.

Privacy. Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
